Can I top-up AI usage?
Yes, you can top them up any time from your Account screen inside your Settings. If you want, you can turn on automatic top-up. You can also set spending limits to give you complete control.

What is the refund policy?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds as costs incurred for storing and analysing your data, and generating connections and summaries are extremely high. You can cancel at any time however.
